Here are a few articles pertaining to Eliot Place Blackheath:

EFFECTS OF THE RECENT STORM.

The Lee Surveyor reported that in consequence of the severe storm on August 20th, the main brick sewer at the rear of Eliot-place burst to a length of 20 feet and flooded the meadow next the North Kent line (S.E.R.)
The board authorised the surveyor to relay the sewer in concrete at an approximate cost of 10 pounds.

ELIOT PLACE, BLACKHEATH.

The Superintending Architect of the London County Council wrote, requesting suggestions on an application by Messrs. Thynne and Thynne, to form a street, 20 feet wide, on the north-side of Eliot-place, Blackheath.
The Surveyor reported that the application was unobjectionable, and that a great improvement would be effected in connection with it.
The Board directed that the County Council be informed that the Board had no objection to offer to the application.
